Assistant  Manager for our Business Development for CX / Social Media.  This role will be responsible in creating new kinds of business on top of traditional contact center business by providing the service of better customer experience driven by social media activity.  This role is critical to provide advanced and value added customer experience service.

Role Functions:

  • researches and develops a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities
  • engages in market research and analysis for social media usage in order to identify new opportunities for business
  • works with the leadership team to develop and implement CX service sales plans
  • identifies client business objectives and requirements by analyzing ongoing social media utilization
  • drives introduction of social media communication solution for prospective local clients
  • drives the localization of the company’s global/regional social media activities / services
  • manages client relationships with key persons
  • develops the social media service proposals by fully utilizing the key social media platform functions and the company’s global / regional knowledge and capability
  • prepares the powerpoint presentations to appeal our social media service
  • arranges with our Operations Team to set up our service delivery team and its quotation
  • negotiates and concludes costs / contracts with clients

 

Role Profile:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course / degree
  • Minimum of five (5) years digital marketing consulting / operations / account management or similar experience is required
  • With strong digital marketing background preferably over seven (7) years of experience in the industry
  • Strong and updated knowledge on key social media platform, i. e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) 
  • Basic knowledge in digital technologies, i. e. website development, AI/chatbot, Mobile APP, SEO / SEM, Messaging APP and its API, 020 Online to Offline, etc.)
  • Must constantly generate new ideas for the company’s advancement and success
  • Must be analytical thinker with the ability to analyze new and prospective opportunities in business
  • Strong in problem solving skills
  • Possesses a good business sense
  • Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with given deadlines
  • Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks on the job but keen to details
  • Extensive and effective networking skills to build and maintain relationships and contacts in and outside of the company
  • Must be an effective public speaker with small or large audience
  • Possesses effective business communications skills to interact with diverse groups of people both in writing and in speaking with the persons globally
  • Must have a notable pleasant personality
